I bought a Mini Cooper from International Motor Group about 3 months ago. I can't say enough great things about my experience!!! My salesman was professional, and made me feel so comfortable. I've been to other dealers and I'm sorry to say I felt very pressured. Being a woman, this was very important to me! When I bought my warranty, everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand, without being condescending. About a month after my warranty expired, my car started leaking. I called International Motor Group and was told to bring it in right away. Turns out the leak was anti-freeze!! The service staff was just as nice to me as my salesman!!! Not only did they not charge me for the repair, they even gave me a loaner car to use for the day at NO CHARGE!!!! I was so happy!!!! I have been telling everyone I know about this place!!!! From now on.........anytime my car needs a repair or when I want to buy another car, I'm going to International Motor Group!!! Not that I plan to buy another car anytime soon.......I LOVE MY MINI COOPER!!!!! My son purchased a BMW from International Motor Group. He was overly impressed with the owner Tony Petrone Jr. He told me, he had to hung Tony went he pick up his car. I promised my son I would stop by and meet Tony. Upon meeting with Tony, he stated, my son told him I liked the Jaguar on his lot. I informed Tony I was retired and on a fixed income, the jaguar was beautiful, but I couldn afford it. I told Tony I loved the Blue C70 Volvo Convertible on his lot, and I might qualify for that. Tony smiles and stated, he had just taken a deposit on the car. He asked if I really like the C70. He than asked me to take a walk with him to another building. Inside was this incredible clean Silver C70 Volvo convertible like new. As we walk back, he asked would you like to trade my car for Volvo. I again explain again I was retired on a fixed income and my credit wasn the greatest. He said give me your personal information and Il see what I can do. Within an hour, Tony asked, when would like to pick up your car. I told him that was nice, but what kind of payment. He asked what kind of payments would you like. I through of the lowest I could think of, without being ridiculous, and Tony beat it. There no need to say, I the pride owner of Volvo C70. The amazing part of International Motor Group was everyone that works there was so professional to their customers, and during the purchase of my car I never saw a sale person sale a car.
